Fitz Coffee - Logo Design
This letter is being written for Sean Fagan for services provided for a logo design. Sean came to us by way of Guru.com. Had I greater competence with their payment system this would have been written and posted on their web site upon completion of the job. My partner and I needed to have a logo design for a newly formed coffee company. Sean sent in a free sample based on a description posted on Guru. She alone took this bold step which immediately endeared me to retain her services. Although we had posted a description of what we wanted, she sent us a litany of very interesting and insightful questions about our concept for the logo. These questions were extremely helpful in helping us better understand the concept we had for ourselves, and in turn, helping her design our logo. In addition, she sent some forty plus sample fonts to assist us in narrowing down a basic, yet essential part of the design. If there were to be a downside to our relationship with Sean it could only be that we only needed one logo. Her communication skills were excellent. Her insight to the process in designing a logo helped us better understand what our needs were. All correspondence was answered immediately. The revisions we wanted were done promptly. Each revision was accompanied by another round of questions. These questions were quintessential in shortening the turnaround time and bringing us closer to the final design. It is difficult to write this without seeming overzealous of the design process for our logo and Sean. But anything less than this truthful and enthusiastic evaluation would be insufficient and unfair. I wish her the best of luck and hope to use her again in the future.
